E7 TimeBox Terms of Use
1. 协议的范围与主体
1. Scope and Parties to This Agreement
本协议是您与杭州驿桥灵科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）之间，就您下载、安装、使用 E7 TimeBox 应用及其相关服务（以下简称「本服务」）所订立的协议。您使用本服务即表示您已阅读并同意本协议；如您不同意，请停止使用本服务。
This Agreement is entered into between you and Hangzhou Yiqiaoling Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of the E7 TimeBox application and its related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. 账号
2. Account
- 本服务的核心功能可在不注册账号的情况下于设备本地使用。使用云同步、AI 助手等在线功能需要注册账号。
- 您可以通过邮箱或手机号验证码注册登录，也可以使用平台对应的 Apple、Google 或华为账号登录。注册后系统会为您分配一个 8 位数字的 E7ID 作为账号标识。
- 您应对账号项下的行为负责，妥善保管验证码与密码。您可以在 App 内查看已登录设备并移除可疑设备；发现账号被盗用请及时联系我们。
- 您可随时在 App 内发起账号注销。注销后账号及服务器上的相关数据将按《隐私政策》所述删除且不可恢复。
- The core features of the Service can be used locally on your device without registering an account. Online features such as cloud sync and the AI assistant require an account.
- You may register and sign in with an email or phone number verification code, or sign in with the Apple, Google, or Huawei account corresponding to your platform. Upon registration, the system assigns you an 8-digit E7ID as your account identifier.
- You are responsible for the activities under your account and should keep your verification codes and password secure. You can view signed-in devices in the App and remove suspicious devices; if you find your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly.
- You may initiate account deletion in the App at any time. After deletion, your account and the related data on our servers will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be recovered.

本服务包括本地日程管理工具（时间轴、收件箱、专注模式、插件等），以及可选的在线服务（数据云同步、E7 Agent 智能助手、AI 编辑与生成功能等）。在线功能依赖网络与第三方服务，可能因维护、故障或不可抗力暂时不可用，我们会尽力保障其稳定。
The Service includes local schedule management tools (the timeline, Inbox, Focus Mode, plugins, etc.) and optional online services (cloud sync of data, the E7 Agent intelligent assistant, AI editing and generation features, etc.). Online features depend on the network and third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures, or force majeure; we will use our best efforts to keep them stable.
4. 订阅、付费与额度
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Quotas
- 部分功能（如云同步、AI 用量套餐）为付费订阅项目，通过您所在平台的应用商店（Apple App Store、Google Play、华为应用市场等）内购完成扣费与自动续订。价格与权益以购买页面展示为准。
- 自动续订可随时在您所在平台的订阅管理中取消（如 iOS「设置 ▸ Apple 账户 ▸ 订阅」）；退款按相应应用商店的政策办理，我们无法直接操作退款。
- AI 功能按套餐设有每日/每周用量额度，额度使用情况在 App 内透明展示。额度为防滥用与成本控制机制，不构成对无限使用的承诺。
- ArcLing Cloud 云同步订阅到期后，同步转为暂停状态：已同步数据不会被删除，本地数据不受影响；续费后可恢复同步。
- Certain features (such as cloud sync and AI usage plans) are paid subscription offerings, with charges and auto-renewal handled via in-app purchase through the app store of your platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, etc.). Prices and entitlements are as shown on the purchase page.
- Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time in your platform's subscription management (e.g., on iOS: Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions); refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store, and we cannot process refunds directly.
- AI features are subject to daily/weekly usage quotas according to your plan, and quota usage is transparently displayed in the App. Quotas are an anti-abuse and cost-control mechanism and do not constitute a promise of unlimited use.
- When an ArcLing Cloud sync subscription expires, sync enters a paused state: synced data will not be deleted and local data is unaffected; sync can be resumed after renewal.
5. 用户内容与插件
5. User Content and Plugins
- 您在本服务中创建的日程、待办、笔记、插件等内容归您所有。为向您提供服务（如同步、备份、AI 处理），您授权我们在必要范围内存储和传输这些内容。
- 插件分享功能仅限分享由您本人创建并署名的插件；分享的插件会附带您的 E7ID 签名以便溯源。
- 您不得利用插件或其他用户内容传播违法、侵权、恶意代码，或含暴力、恐怖、低俗、色情、非法金融等性质的内容。我们对被举报的插件与账号进行处理（包括下架、加入黑名单、封禁其分享的全部插件包、限制或终止服务）是基于本协议的合同权利。
- The schedules, to-dos, notes, plugins, and other content you create in the Service belong to you. To provide the Service to you (such as sync, backup, and AI processing), you authorize us to store and transmit such content to the extent necessary.
- The plugin sharing feature is limited to sharing plugins created and signed by you personally; shared plugins carry your E7ID signature for traceability.
- You may not use plugins or other user content to spread unlawful or infringing material, malicious code, or content that is violent, terrorist, vulgar, pornographic, related to illegal finance, or of a similar nature. Our handling of reported plugins and accounts (including removal, blacklisting, banning all plugin packages shared by the account, and restricting or terminating the Service) is a contractual right under this Agreement.

您承诺不从事以下行为：对本服务进行逆向工程、破解或提取密钥；绕过额度、验证码等技术措施滥用接口；利用本服务从事违反法律法规或侵害他人权益的活动；干扰服务的正常运行。
You undertake not to engage in the following: reverse engineering, cracking the Service, or extracting keys; abusing our interfaces by circumventing technical measures such as quotas and verification codes; using the Service to engage in activities that violate laws and regulations or infringe the rights and interests of others; or interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
7. AI 生成内容的特别说明
7. Special Notice on AI-Generated Content
E7 Agent、AI 编辑、AI 路线图等功能的输出由人工智能模型生成，仅供参考，可能存在不准确、不完整或与事实不符之处，不构成专业意见。请在做出重要决定前自行核实；因依赖 AI 生成内容造成的损失，我们在法律允许的范围内不承担责任。
The output of features such as E7 Agent, AI editing, and AI roadmaps is generated by artificial intelligence models, is for reference only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the facts, and does not constitute professional advice. Please verify it yourself before making important decisions; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on AI-generated content.
8. 知识产权
8. Intellectual Property
本服务的软件、界面设计、品牌标识（含「E7 TimeBox」名称与图标）归我们或相关权利人所有。本服务使用的开源组件及其许可信息，见 App 内「设置 ▸ 版权声明」。
The software, interface design, and brand identity of the Service (including the "E7 TimeBox" name and icon) belong to us or the relevant rights holders. For the open-source components used by the Service and their license information, see "Settings ▸ Copyright Notices" in the App.
9. 免责与责任限制
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
本服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失、数据丢失（请善用本地备份与同步）、第三方服务中断等承担责任；我们对您承担的全部责任以您在过去十二个月内就相关服务实际支付的费用为限。
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss (please make good use of local backups and sync), interruptions of third-party services, and the like; our total liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid for the relevant services in the past twelve months.
10. 协议的变更与终止
10. Changes to and Termination of This Agreement
我们可能适时修订本协议，修订后会在本页面公布；重大变更会以显著方式提示。修订生效后您继续使用本服务即视为接受。您可随时停止使用本服务并注销账号。
We may revise this Agreement from time to time and will publish revisions on this page; material changes will be notified in a prominent manner. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. 法律适用与争议解决
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
This Agreement is governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted for litigation to the competent people's court where we are located.
