1. E7 TimeBox Proprietary Content

The E7 TimeBox application, together with its name, logo, interface design, interaction design, text, images, audio and video, software code, database structure, feature design, documentation, and other related content, is — unless otherwise expressly stated — the intellectual property of Hangzhou Yiqiaoling Technology Co., Ltd. or the respective rights holders, and is protected by copyright, trademark, anti-unfair-competition, and other applicable laws.

Without the prior written permission of the rights holder, no party may copy, modify, distribute, display, rent, sell, reverse-engineer, mirror, scrape, sublicense, or otherwise use the above content, except as otherwise permitted by law.

2. User Content

You retain the rights you are lawfully entitled to in your schedules, notes, attachments, plugin content, and other user content. You must ensure that content you upload, enter, import, share, or authorize for processing does not infringe the rights of others and does not violate any laws, regulations, or the rules of this product.

To the extent necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and safeguard the E7 TimeBox service, you authorize us to store, process, transmit, and display your content within that necessary scope. This authorization does not alter the rights you are lawfully entitled to in your original content.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

E7 TimeBox may integrate system capabilities provided by Apple, along with the App Store, iCloud, Apple Music, Calendar, Shortcuts, and other third-party services. The related names, trademarks, content, and services belong to their respective rights holders. The relationship between E7 TimeBox and such third parties is governed by applicable law and the publicly stated terms of the respective parties.

The white-noise and sound-effect assets in E7 TimeBox are sourced from Pixabay and used under the Pixabay Content License; the related rights belong to their respective rights holders.

E7 TimeBox uses the open-source components listed below. Their copyrights belong to the respective rights holders, and the components are used under their respective open-source licenses. The full license texts appear below.
